A conference call with you and your client to understand their likes and dislikes, and to provide them with ideas for their journey.
After checking availability with hotels, we would create a preliminary custom itinerary for your client’s review, based on what we discussed.
Following the receipt of feedback on the suggested itinerary, we would get back to you with a full proposal with pricing, and request tentative reservations.
When your client is happy with the proposal and decides to book, we would send you our standard booking procedures to secure all elements of the trip.
In order to secure reservations, we require a 40% deposit at the time of the booking. We accept all major credit cards and wire transfers.
Our beautiful itinerary* will be mailed to your clients once the itinerary is confirmed, together with useful information in preparation for their journey.
During the Trip
We are on-call 24-hours during the trip to address any situation that may come up. You will receive daily updates on the status of the trip and will be able to rest easy.
After your clients settle back from their journey, we would schedule a debrief call to discuss the trip and get feedback on their experience to use for future reference.
